Understanding how the building journey works helps you feel confident at every stage.
Here’s a clear, simple overview of what to expect when purchasing a brand-new house & land package, townhouse, or off-the-plan property in Australia.

⭐ 1. Enquiry & Project Selection

You explore available developments through us and choose a project that fits your lifestyle, goals, and budget.
We help you compare locations, builders, designs, inclusions, and timelines.

⭐ 2. Preliminary Documentation

You receive:

  • floor plans

  • brochures

  • specifications/inclusions

  • pricing supporting documents

We walk you through everything so you fully understand what is included.

⭐ 3. Holding Deposit / Reservation

A small reservation amount may be required to secure the lot or apartment while contracts are prepared.
This is usually refundable.

⭐ 4. Contract Signing

You receive two contracts:

  • Land contract (if applicable)

  • Build contract or off-the-plan contract

Always obtain independent legal advice before signing.

⭐ 5. Finance Approval

Your lender will assess your application and valuation (for off-the-plan, valuation occurs at settlement).
