Here’s a clear, simple overview of what to expect when purchasing a brand-new house & land package, townhouse, or off-the-plan property in Australia.
⭐ 1. Enquiry & Project Selection
You explore available developments through us and choose a project that fits your lifestyle, goals, and budget.
We help you compare locations, builders, designs, inclusions, and timelines.
⭐ 2. Preliminary Documentation
You receive:

⭐ 3. Holding Deposit / Reservation
A small reservation amount may be required to secure the lot or apartment while contracts are prepared.
This is usually refundable.

You receive two contracts:

Build contract or off-the-plan contract
Always obtain independent legal advice before signing.

Your lender will assess your application and valuation (for off-the-plan, valuation occurs at settlement).
